Customer Payment Policy

Welcome! This policy outlines how customer payments are handled on the QR-Menus platform for each registered café.

1. Independent Payment System

Each café registered on the QR-Menus platform is solely responsible for setting up and managing their own Razorpay account. Café owners are required to provide their own Razorpay API Key, Secret Key, and custom payment link. QR-Menus does not create or manage Razorpay accounts for any café.

2. Direct Payments to Café

All customer payments are processed directly between the customer and the café via the café's own Razorpay account. QR-Menus does not collect, process, or hold any customer funds.

3. QR-Menus Is Not a Middleman

QR-Menus only acts as a software service provider offering digital menu, order, and billing interface. We do not interfere with or mediate any transactions between customers and cafés.

4. Payment Disputes

In case of any payment-related issues (e.g., failed transactions, refund requests, or incorrect charges), customers must directly contact the respective café. QR-Menus holds no liability for any disputes or payment processing errors.

5. Data Privacy

Customer data entered while placing orders (e.g., name, mobile number) is shared only with the café. QR-Menus does not use customer data for any external marketing or tracking purposes.

6. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the café’s individual policies. Customers are advised to contact the café directly for any such requests.
